The A-73 series from Ryda Knives represents the pinnacle of our craftsmanship, featuring knives designed for specific purposes. For instance, our chef's knife is balanced higher on the blade to suit a high pinch grip, while the slicing knife has a rearward balance point to provide stability with a firmer grip and lighter pinch hold.

The handles are crafted from smooth French olive wood, and the blades feature our custom ST650 steel as the core material. Our unique grind achieves an impressive score of over 840 on the CATRA test. About Ryda Knives

Since childhood, I've cherished time in the kitchen, learning alongside my father. It's no surprise I pursued a career as a chef, driven by my fascination with flavors and culinary techniques. Free Returns

At RYDA Knives, we are committed to providing a hassle-free shopping experience for our valued customers. We understand that sometimes purchases don't work out, and we want to ensure that your experience with us is as smooth and stress-free as possible. That's why we offer a Free Returns Policy for all eligible items purchased through our website, www.rydaknives.com.au.

Eligibility for Free Returns: We offer free returns on all items purchased within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. We want to ensure that all returns are in a resalable condition, so please make sure that the item is properly packaged when returning it.

How to Return an Item:
  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team at help@rydaknives.com.au or through our website's contact form. Please provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Instructions: After contacting us, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the product. We'll also provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, which means you won’t incur any shipping charges for the return.
  3. Return Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

What is your refund policy?

All purchases on our store come with a guaranteed 180-day full refund money-back from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which is to be sent to help@rydaknives.com.au. Once we have retrieved the returned item and confirmed it is in its original condition, we can then process a refund or exchange. Refunds are generally processed within 3 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If your returned item is not in its original condition, you will not be eligible for a refund and will be required to cover the delivery fee of $9.95 to send it back to you.

Can I return a product if I'm unsatisfied or change my mind?

Yes, you may return your product if you are not satisfied as long as it the item is unused, in its original condition along with the packaging, and is within 180 days of purchase.  What is the process to initiate a return?

Contact customer support

Reach out to our support team at help@rydaknives.com.au to initiate the return process.  Provide necessary details: Explain the reason for your dissatisfaction with the product and provide any relevant details that the customer support representative may require. They might ask for your order number, product details, and other information to assist you better.

Follow return instructions

Follow the instructions given by customer support regarding the return process. They will provide simple and easy-to-follow instructions on how to send it back. 

Pack the product securely: Make sure to pack the product securely to prevent any damage during transit. 

Ship the product back: Send the product back to Ryda Knives AU as per their instructions. You may need to cover the shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on their part or a defective product.

Await refund or resolution
Once we retrieve the returned product and verify its condition, we will proceed with the refund or provide an appropriate resolution. If a refund is processed, it will be issued to your original payment method.

It's always a good idea to keep records of your communication with customer support and any tracking information related to the return shipment for reference.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our customer support team at help@rydaknives.com.au.

Exchanges

Ryda Knives AU will replace any good/s that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged.

To confirm the damage we require photographic evidence. Once received, we will quickly assess and then arrange for a replacement to be sent out free of charge.

In some cases, we will not require the damaged item returned to us, however, we do request that you keep the damaged item until we can confirm that we do not require it to be returned. If we do require the damaged item to be returned, we will cover the cost of its return. Customers are not charged for returning a damaged item to us.

To notify us of the damage email our support team at help@rydaknives.com.au and include any photos or information required.

Editing your order before despatch:

If you would like to simply change the item/s in your order before it has been despatched, please get in touch with our support team at help@rydaknives.com.au.

Change of mind:

If you would simply like to exchange your item/s due to a change of mind, you will be required to cover postage fees to return your items, and then an additional $9.95 to send out your new replaced items (AUS only). To notify us of any exchanges, please email us at help@rydaknives.com.au.

Does Ryda Knives AU offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping. For orders within Australia, free shipping is available on orders of $99 AUD or more. 

Shipping is not available outside of Australia.

Will there be a shipping confirmation once the order is placed?

You should receive an email with your order confirmation within 5 minutes of placing your order. If you do not receive it, please check your junk/spam folder.

We will update you with a tracking number as soon as your order despatches from our warehouse.
