We vacuum treat our walnut wood handles to enhance its durability and stability. Placing it in a vacuum chamber allows for deep penetration of stabilizing resins or oils which are then vacuum-injected into the wood. This makes the wood less susceptible to moisture, temperature changes, and wear.

As a result, the walnut wood becomes much stronger and more resistant to cracking, warping, and swelling compared to untreated wood. The handle also retains its natural beauty, its smooth and polished handle feeling amazingly comfortable in your hand.
