Mother's Day Special Bundle Offer

Ryda Knives is offering a limited-time Mother's Day Bundle to qualifying customers. 

1. Eligibility

  • Customers must spend a minimum of $699 AUD (excluding shipping and discounts) in a single transaction to qualify.

  • Offer is available to customers with a valid Australian shipping address only.

2. Bonus Bundle Inclusions

Qualifying customers will receive the following bonuses:

  • Free Express Shipping (Australia-wide)

  • 1 Year of Complimentary Professional Knife Sharpening from the date of purchase.
    Customers are responsible for shipping their knife to us. Ryda Knives AU will cover the full sharpening service and return shipping back to you.

  • Personalised Mother’s Day Flower Balloon Gift: a $100 gift voucher at Vanilla Bloom. After placing your order and qualifying for our Mother's Day special bundle, you will receive your exclusive $100 Vanilla Bloom voucher by email (includes free standard shipping). Please reach out to Vanilla Bloom to request your personalised gift and they will ship this out to you separately. 

3. Redemption Process

  • The offer is activated via a unique discount code shown upon completing the Mother's Day popup form and sent via email.

  • The code must be entered at checkout to apply the bonus.

  • Code must be used before the offer expires or is sold out (see section 5).

4. Offer Limitations

  • This promotion is strictly limited to the first 30 qualifying customers.

  • Offer ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 06 May 2025, or once 30 redemptions have been claimed — whichever comes first.

  • The remaining number of available bonus bundles will be displayed on the Ryda Knives website and updated daily at 10:00 AM AEST to ensure transparency and fairness.

  • This offer is not valid on gift card purchases.

  • It cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, or bundle.

  • Limit of one bonus bundle per customer and per order.

6. Changes & Discretion

  • Ryda Knives reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, without prior notice, where required by circumstances beyond our control.

  • Ryda Knives reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse the bonus to anyone who does not meet the criteria listed above.

7. Returns or Change of Mind

  • If a customer who has taken advantage of our Mother's Day Special promotion and decides to return their knives, any items returned must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the knives to Ryda Knives AU.

  • If the customer has already redeemed the $100 Vanilla Bloom Mother's Day voucher, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly:

    • A $100 deduction will be made from the total refund amount if the Vanilla Bloom voucher has been redeemed (up to the amount that was redeemed).

  • If the customer has kept any knives from an order that included multiple items, the refund will be issued minus the value of any knives retained.

  • Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected.
