If a promotional discount code is available, only one code can be applied to your order. For example, if you qualify to use a $20 off coupon and a 'free shipping' code, you can only apply one of these codes to any particular order.
You can redeem your discount code at the Checkout page.
SHIPPING
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping. For orders within Australia, free shipping is available on orders of $99 AUD or more.
Shipping is not available outside of Australia.
Will there be an order confirmation once I place my order?
You should receive an email with your order confirmation within 5 minutes of placing your order. If you do not receive it, please check your junk/spam folder.
We will update you with a tracking number as soon as your order despatches from our warehouse.
How long will it take?

Estimated delivery times within Australia are approximately 2 to 8 working days for standard rate of delivery.

Need it faster? We offer Express Post Australia-wide with Australia Post. The express delivery charge is dependent on the total weight of your order and the price will appear at checkout once you enter your shipping address details.
Express delivery usually takes up to 1–4 business days for most metropolitan locations across Australia.

If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return it within 12 months, as long as it’s still in its original condition. If the item is still in its original unused condition and it is within 12 months of the purchase date, we will cover the return shipping.
What is your refund policy?
All purchases on our store come with a guaranteed 12 months full refund money-back from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which is to be sent to help@rydaknives.com.au. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
If your returned item is not in its original condition, you will not be eligible for a refund and will be required to cover the delivery fee of $9.95 to send it back to you.
Can I return a product if I'm unsatisfied or change my mind?
Yes, you may return your product if you are not satisfied as long as the item is unused, in its original condition along with the packaging, and is within 12 months of purchase.

Provide necessary details: Explain the reason for your dissatisfaction with the product and provide any relevant details that the customer support representative may require. They might ask for your order number, product details, and other information to assist you better.
Follow return instructions
Follow the instructions given by customer support regarding the return process. They will provide simple and easy-to-follow instructions on how to send it back.
Pack the product securely
Make sure to pack the product securely to prevent any damage during transit.
Ship the product back
Send the product back to Ryda Knives AU as per their instructions. You may need to cover the shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on their part or a defective product.
Await refund or resolution
Once we retrieve the returned product and verify its condition, we will proceed with the refund or provide an appropriate resolution. If a refund is processed, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Ryda Knives AU will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged.
To confirm the damage, we require photographic evidence. Once received, we will quickly assess and then arrange for a replacement to be sent out free of charge.
In some cases, we will not require the damaged item returned to us; however, we do request that you keep the damaged item until we can confirm that we do not require it to be returned. If we do require the damaged item to be returned, we will cover the cost of its return. Customers are not charged for returning a damaged item to us.
To notify us of the damage, email our support team at help@rydaknives.com.au and include any photos or information required.
Editing your order before despatch:
If you would like to simply change the item/s in your order before it has been despatched, please get in touch with our support team at help@rydaknives.com.au.
Change of mind:
If you would simply like to exchange your item/s due to a change of mind, you will be required to cover postage fees to return your items, and then an additional $9.95 to send out your new replaced items (AUS only). To notify us of any exchanges, please email us at help@rydaknives.com.au.
